Steve’s success in building a strong professional network has earned him the ‘Most Referrals’ award multiple times at the local BNI Colossus group. As a franchise owner, having a robust network is vital for marketing your business, increasing visibility, and rising it to the next level.
- One notable example is a 70-year-old customer who had been struggling with a claim for over six years due to subsidence. Steve took over the case last year and worked tirelessly to guarantee that the customer received the necessary remediation to make their property habitable again. He even went as far as to persuade the insurance company to take action against the council over the trees and brought it to the attention of the local Member of Parliament for Southend!
- Another great example of Steve’s professionalism was with a customer who wanted sustainable materials for repairs. He went out of his way to source a recycled kitchen and other resources and used eco-friendly prints, showcasing his attention to detail and commitment to sustainability.
Steve is always there to provide mentoring support to new franchise partners; his guidance and advice has been second to none!
