The Knot Churros is a London founded desserts bar that opened its doors back in 2019. Our unique offering attracts customers from all over the world who indulge in the experience of the world’s first churros afternoon tea. The Knot Churros is an up and coming global brand which has been one of the very first desserts/food brands to work with brands such as Disney, Care Bears and many more great brands in the pipeline.

Fast forward to 2023 we now serve customers from our flagship boutique dessert bars in South Kensington and Knightsbridge as well as a kiosk in Europe’s biggest shopping mall Westfield White City. With over 200k social media followers, 8 million views and 250k likes on just one reel on social media, there is serious demand for what we offer.

You do not need experience in hospitality to join our franchise. Our comprehensive training programme and ongoing support will ensure that you have all that you need to run your business successfully.

What We Offer

Our Churros

The Knot Churros is one of the very first cafés in London to serve baked churros with a trendy twist. Our signature churros are baked and not fried. All our toppings are handmade to ensure that we are creating the most spectacular desserts.

We are proud to say we cater to all. Our classic churros are vegan friendly and most of our toppings and sprinkles are vegan and Halal friendly too. This makes us even more versatile and different than any other café in London.

Our Coffee & Karak Chai

The Knot Churros team consists of talented baristas creating the smoothest coffee with the most outstanding art. We are also very proud to say we are one of the first to create a viral trend of creating a Biscoff coffee. A classic coffee with a sweet twist.

The Knot Churros caters to all as we also have a selection of organic lattes made from the purest blends of turmeric, ginger, beetroot and more.

Bagels, Burgers and Fries

The Knot Churros is not just known for its trending desserts but it has a great breakfast, lunch and dinner menu. Serving rainbow bagel, mini chicken burger sliders and not forgetting customers favourite nacho loaded fries.

Afternoon Tea

The world’s first ever churros, cotton candy and bagels afternoon tea was created at The Knot. Guests from around the globe travel to experience our world famous afternoon tea. Our afternoon tea is enjoyed in our spectacular space giving our customers the most magical dine in experience. To increase average customer spend, we have recently expanded our menu beyond Churros to include breakfast and lunch items too. From burgers and fries to vegan hot dogs, there truly is something for everyone at The Knot Churros.

You are able to open your very own Dine-in Dessert Bar boasting 50-60 seats, a smaller 20 seat bar with a focus on takeaway or a kiosk that is perfect for shopping malls.

The Investment

The Franchise Fee for The Knot Churros Franchise is dependent on the model you choose. The franchise fee for the dessert bar models are £19,000 and the kiosk model is set at £15,000. The total package cost will also depend on the model you choose and will be dependent on the location, size and fit out requirements of your dessert bar/kiosk. We estimate the total package cost to range between £70,000 and £200,000.

Included in the package fee is our comprehensive initial training programme and our team will be on hand to ensure that you have everything you need to hit the ground running with your new business.

We are able to connect you with different lenders that may be able to support you in raising funds. We would recommend that you only enquire into our Dine-in Dessert Bar opportunity if you have funds in excess of £50k available.
